This home visit includes a complete evaluation of problems that the breastfeeding mother and infant may encounter at any time during the breastfeeding experience.

This service provides assistance for the family who needs extra support with the care of their infant. Up to four hours of care is provided by the Lactation Consultant. She will instruct new moms in various care areas, as well as attend to the infant’s needs while the new mother catches up on her sleep or takes time out for her personal care. The mother of twins may find this support invaluable.
